Paul Maxwell recently entered the consulting and networking arena after selling his insurance agency in January of 2019. His first taste of success in business & sales was as a head waiter working at a high-end restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Valuable lessons in selling tasting menus were learned as he built a six-figure income selling over $800,000 in a single year ranking him one of the top servers for the company nationwide.
Paul left the hospitality industry in 2012 and entered the insurance field. After a brief stint with a captive agency, he built a seven-figure insurance agency from scratch with a local franchised independent insurance brokerage. As an insurance broker, he was the 2-time recipient of the prestigious "Award of Excellence" given annually only to 1% of agents by one of the Insurance companies he represented. The agency was sold in January of 2019 to another franchise owner within the company enabling Paul to pursue his current projects.
His greatest accomplishments in personal & physical developments were on the 2 cross country bicycle rides he completed in the summers of '02 & '03 as a participant of The Habitat Bicycle Challenge. He credits the rides as life-changing and as an incredible realignment of his understanding and perceptions. Check out information about The Habitat Bicycle Challenge https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habitat_Bicycle_Challenge
Paul lives with his wife, Isis, and their 2 dogs Marcus & Mia in Henderson, NV. He loves playing piano, golf, and is writing his first book under the guidance of his mentor, friend, and business associate Jordan Adler. www.wearealljustmarbles.com He also is the Executive Director and founder of The Angel Organization. https://theangelorg.org/
